Think I figured it out. I use postimage to copy over pics. They throw random ad links on the bottom of the pic. The automated software has a problem with whatever ad they stuck on my pic. The pic is a hunk of metal.

Do you know how to use the attachment feature in the message box, where I just typed this message?

Looks like a paper clip at the top of the message box.

Yes. I was trying to avoid attachments at one point, as Rodbolt could not open them.

Tinypic works well for me. Best I have found so far.
