I have seen that page in the Racor catalog numerous times but never noticed the "clean pressure drop" line
looking at it now, (and going back to the source)
those number raise many questions - and there's no footnotes
starting with their roundoff, on the various PSI to bar equivalencies listed, make all those look suspect...
are those values measured at each "max flow rate"?
which filter element does it apply to - 2 or 10 micron? or there's no difference?
the two on far right: the same elements, but a 4:1 difference in pressure drop?
the unit with the integral primer - same element as the two to its left -
but different pressure drop
why? because its measured at a higher max flow rate?
for that matter, why does it have a higher max flow rate?
this kind of stuff makes me nuts......
