I have a 1989 70hp yamaha that requires 100% of the time to use the high speed lever and the choke button either cold start or hot. once running it may cut out for no reason. also when the tilt button up is used at idle it will cut out and next to impossible to restart until motor is in the fully down. This is very irritating at the dock trying to start or load the boat on the trailer.
