Trim and Tilt not working, fuse seam ok, clicking sound at tilt control panel while trying to raise motor up or down. Help please

where is this control panel that is make the clicking noise?

clicking noise is usually at the T&T relay on the motor.


If T&T relay is sending voltage to the T&T motor but it does not turn, then either the motor is bad,brushes, or relay, or wires/connections

Do a bit of testing...unbolt the t/t motor leads at the t/t relay. On a 2 wire, ground 1 lead and put the other on a hot terminal, then reverse them. If the motor works it's good. Use a test light at the relay where these 2 wires attached, test 1 at a time, each terminal should alternate back and forth ground/ hot depending on which direction the t/t switch , up/down is pushed.
