Yamaha F200 Prop chatter with Reliance SDS prop

hey folks, I recently replaced the Quicksilver Prop that came on this 2015 F200 to the Reliance SDS prop. I read where this would remedy my problem. Well the chatter at low RPMs is still just as bad! The only item i did not change was the fore thrush washer. I replaced the aft washer with the SDS model. Could that fore washer be a problem? Could the wrong hub be in there? Could I have the toque too tight on the shaft nut????

How do you know it is the prop causing the "chatter"?

incorrectly installed water pump parts will cause a chatter as well.
