When Installing gn the 14mm fiting for the water pressure gague, do you premantly remove the pressure relief value (PRV), located to the left of the oil filter and repace it with the 14mm fiting attached to the the pneumatic tube that goes to the gague on the dash?Or is their and adaptor ( ie a tee ) that is installed that will allow the PRV and the fittign for the water pressure sendor to both be installed.?

The water pressure fitting goes in the plug hole just below the PRV cover. The PRV can be swapped out for the newly redesigned valve (p/n 60H-12416-00-00 ) with the new mushroom head though. Yamaha redesigned it to help eliminate debris from getting caught in the old style and blocking it open. Do you have a service manual for the motor?
