That is interesting. The female connector on our F225TXRC only has two leads into it and the wire colors do not match the Trim/Oil harness at all. Maybe we just have not found the right connector. The one I spoke of is white just like the harness. Going back over there tomorrow and give it a good going over. We are waiting on a high pressure pump to come in before we mount the motor.

Yamaha is known to change wire colours across a connector. Why? Only they know. They don't talk. It keeps their mechanics on their toes.

Your model should have two ivory coloured four pin connectors in the engine pan. One connector will have a pink wire, a pink/white wire and two pink/black wires. The other connector will have a pink wire and a black wire.
