Engine Family ID help

Thanks,I'm new here, I have a Yamaha 8hp with no ID tag, but the Emissions decal is still on. 8YMXM 1651CA. 2008. please enlighten me on searching and purchasing parts.Specifically looking for lower end stuff now, Impellor etc.

Is this a four stroke or a two stroke model?

If electric start, what do you see on the data plate for the starter motor?

Also, on the block, in the vicinity of the starter motor, there may be a decal with the alternate set of serial numbers on it, what are those numbers.

It might. Do you have a decode chart that indicates the model identity based on the engine family? I don't.

Here in the US there was only one 8 HP two stroke available from 2005 through 2009/2010. More than likely the exact same parts that will fit the US model 8MSH will be one and the same that fit your model.
