I have a F115TXRA that I just put on a new remanufactured OBR cylinder head due to the motor having a corroded water jacket that was corroded allowing water into the oil passage. The block was ok, no issues. I changed the oil 3 times and ran after the installation to remove all the milky oil throughout block and oil sump. It still seems that I cannot get the milky oil completely uncontaminated and I have straight water (small amount) coming out of the valve cover breather tube which is dumping water back into the intake. Any ideas as to why this may be happening?

Your old head and the leak, was that visible, IE absolutely sure the HEAD was rotted?Scott

These are the pics of the remanufactured head. Would you think this is a problem? See the deficiency at the bottom of the cylinder.Last edited by awaikart; 03-28-2017, 04:51 PM.

The head pic looks fine to me. Your #'s are good. I assume the #'s hold for a bit?
You mention cylinder #4. Was water found in there or just the corrosion in cylinder #4 from the original head?
Is the new head still off???
With all the water your getting, it sounds like there's corrosion possibly a pin hole probably in the water jacket somewhere as well...
I don't think there's anything else that could rot/corrode that got re-installed with the new head. That would be something to explore.
Rodbolt (or another member) might know of a specific spot that's known corrosion issue.
Just your original head being corroded that bad, would NOT surprise me of bad corrosion (leak) elsewhere...Last edited by TownsendsFJR1300; 03-28-2017, 07:25 PM.Scott

Ok, all good news, the combustion chamber's are good.
Time to look super close at all the water jackets, a toothbrush and water scrubbing super clean looking for a water intrusion point... That's where salt likes to harden up, when the engine cooks salt and thus the corrosion/ clogged water passages..
I don't know if the oil pan is anywhere near water jackets/water, don't think so..Scott
