Would the rigging on my 1994 200 hp txrs be the same as a 2001 sx250 txrz ?

Yes. It should all plug and play.
To verify that you truly have a 1994 model motor carefully inspect the connectors in the engine pan. There should be one square nylon connector (blue in color) that connects to the harness running to the remote oil tank. There should be two square nylon connectors (ivory in color) that connect to the trim/oil harness that runs to the gauges.
If you really have a 200TXRS it should have the square connectors. But Yamaha has been known to do some peculiar stuff if and when changing from one configuration to another. A change to the connectors was made from 1993 to 1994.
