1996 Yamaha Pro-v 100 gauges

Hello,
I'm wondering if these instruments are compatible (and plug and play) with my engine: a 2 stroke 1996 - 100 hp (pro-v).
Anyone knows the serial numbers (especially of the tachometer)?

Gauges are not serialized. Heck, they don't even have part numbers on them.

The speedometer will plug and play with your motor.

The tachometer is pre-1994. You will need an adapter harness that allows your tachometer with round connectors to interface with your motor that uses square connectors.

What is the complete ID for your model motor? Are you in the USA? A Pro V 100 was never offered by Yamaha USA.

Do you have just the tachometer or do you also have the wire harness that connects the tachometer to the motor?

The complete Id of the motor is:
Y 100AETOL, n. 64W-300189.
I live in Europe and the motor is a derated version sold in Europe of classics 115 e 130 V4.

On the boat I already have the harness that connects that motor to the tachometer in the photo (which is the one I want to replace because not working).

Looks to be a 1997 model motor.

I would not recommend using the tachometer shown in the photos with that model. It can be done but there are better ways to do it.
