F80 TLRC 4 stroke, carburated no spark at plugs

i bougth a boat with this F80 2002, clean carbs, new spark plugs, oil change, but there is no spark at plugs, (this boat came with honda sw & control) was a mess with cables, i fixed.
how i can check if the ecu its working, nor ligthing coils, regulator?

also the stator looks so brown, not shiny coper wire
the ligthing coils have 3 wires, there is 1.3 ohms one side, other side had 5.2 kOhms

also what color wire feed 12V to ecu?
