powerhead oil pump removal 2002 ox66 200hp

Need to replace o-rings behind oil-pump . Will the pump come out and clear the lower cowling? Cannot find it in manual or how long driven shaft is behind oil pump? I mis-worded my prior question as fuel pump. Sorry for confusion.Also not the oil pump in remote tank. The pump on powerhead . Thanks again.

The mechanical oil pump can be removed without lifting the power plant.
