those numbers look about right.
the 117 one looks like a good decarb using YIES would be in order.
those motors did develop a knock, it was caused by the pump belt drive.
never saw a failure.
find a shop with a master tech.

I am not sure what good compression on these motors are, 100? I will be contacting a 2nd shop today.

Minimum compression value per Yamaha is 81 psi.
