    Year and model #?

There's likely another bolt hidden under the trim tab that must come off first.

If I could bring up a parts fisch (with a model #) It could be pointed out..

After the last of the bolts that hold the lower unit to the mid-section are removed you may have to disconnect a small rubber tube. Lower the lower unit just enough to get access to the tube. Disconnect the tube. The lower unit can then be lowered further until the drive shaft comes out of the mid-section.

Don't forget to reattach the tube, particularly if the boat is using a water pressure activated speedometer.

Might help if two people are removing the lower unit. One to hold the lower unit while the other disconnects the tube.

that bushing that was making noise on one of your earlier threads may give some resistance to it coming off

Thank a lott for advices. Yes, with this occasion i will lubricate the shaft to not make noise again with yamaha grease waterproof , it is ok to lubricate just the shaft ( zone with erosion on the shaft) or it is necessary to lubricate the bushing inside the engine corp? It is necessary to lubricate the end of the shaft (zone with teeths).others thinks to do with this occasion?
            Thanks a lott again!!

A very light coating of grease on the entire shaft would help prevent rust and not hurt anything..

The splines (prop and drive shaft) should be greased (not the top of the drive shaft as it may prevent the unit from going up fully, hydraulic lock)

If you have a mid section bushing, (also a very shiny part on the drive-shaft), clean it well and re-grease it when re-assembling..
