F115txry no current to ignition switch

My neighbor bought this motor last year, asked me to take a look at it ,( I have never worked on anything smaller than my f225 , no power at the console , fuse is good on harness under console , where is the fuse back on the engine ? Side note ,this motor may have gotten very wet , close to sinking .i have power going to starter relay, but nothing leaving the harness To console , thanks for any help Eric

One of the fuses supplies electrical power to the engine harness which then connects to the ten pin harness that runs to the helm.
