I see it now, there was nothing on post#1.

depends on what they call filled up
3 will get up so far before it starts filling 4.
both 3 and 4 should reach the very top and over flow at the same time

I intially tried inserting the pic like boscoe does, obviously i did it wrong. Hopefully the attached image is large enough. Cause you really gotta look carefully at each containers inlet/outlet to answer the question correctly.

Ok 2 does not have an opening into 3 so it will fill 1st, tricky
