I would have took that as turn over or spin the flywheel. but I believe it means idle down there

If the boat is facing north, and I am in the boat facing east, is the transom now the right side of the boat? I suspect that some will say so.

Diff, tranny, boot, wing, it is a wonder that we can communicate at all.
