The F100AET was not offered here in the USA. We can help you find the SM for the US equivalent model but need to know your specific model identity to do so.

Looks to be a 2001 model year motor.

Equivalent of a USA model F100TLRZ

2001 F100TLRZ Yamaha Outboard Parts

Service manual for this model is LIT-18616-01-96. Any Yamaha outboard motor can get a copy of the SM for you.

It is known to be a very good motor. Main thing to be concerned with is to keep the fuel system clean. Carburetors can be a bit more problematic than a fuel injection system.

Oh, what is the specific problem that you are having for which you need a copy of the SM? No ignition at all or no ignition on some cylinders?

If no ignition at all check the kill switch.
