    Can you verify WHAT EXACT engine we're talking about?


    "fully cuts out" as in stalls, RPM's drop to idle? Between old fuel, and
    if it won't rev up with load, sounds like typical clogged / varnished up carb(s)
    IF this engine is equipped with a carb..
