f100 problems

I have an 99 F100 that seems to idle fine and runs fine at high end but is sluggish and runs poorly in the mid ranges. Any suggestions?

Sycronization is critical on the four stroke engines, might try to resycn. carbs and check throttle position sensor.

Our F100 did have the same symptoms. The dealer "boiled" the Carbs twice and it finally ran much better. I'm also thinking I could have head gasket issue tbd later this week.

Hi, Have you found the problem with your F100, because mine has the same problem and no one can put their finger on it. The mechanics have tried everything but they keep coming back to the carby's. But they cant seem to find anything wrong with the carby's. Im having the problems with carby number 2. Please let me know how you went and if you fixed it.
