4 stroke backfiring

I have a 2005 150hp 4 stroke EFI. It will idle ok but backfires and pops when trying to accelerate. I had gas in my oil and had a bad diaphragm which I changed. Both pump are pumping gas. Any ideas?

my "guess" low rail pressure or a clogged injector or a combination of both.
had it a few times on my 07 F150.
usually due to me.

What causes the low rail pressure?

restrictions, no power to a pump, or sucking air not letting pumps get enough fuel to pump
