Part Number Verification

I like to verify the current part number for a water pump repair kit. On boats.net it's listed as 6N6-W0078-01-00 (#35).
1998 S115TLRW Yamaha Outboard REPAIR KIT 2 Diagram and Parts

On yamaha's official parts page it lists the same part number (#35)

However, on multiple other yamaha OEM distributors websites it's indicated the part number is currently 6N6-W0078-02-00.

Even though it's only a change of 1 digit, it's worth verifying. And if the "-02" part number replaces the "-01" why isn't this updated on yamaha's webpage?

What the heck?!? So the MRP book has it at -00, yam's official parts page has it at -01, and many other OEM distributors have it at -02. I've only worked with yam motors for 2 years...are these discrepancies normal?
