So it occurred to me that I last checked the engine anodes in May of 2015 -
And at that time I only looked at them-
I had installed new ones when I did the exhaust stack in August 2014.
So here they are, after two years & 600 operating hours:
Did not look bad! but I flush the engine every time I use it - so, not surprising.
and I had new anodes on hand, so I swapped them in:
OK, here's where it gets interesting:
taking a closer look at the "used" anodes, there was an obvious difference
One has been much more "active than the others" !
