2002 200 HPDI Won't Cranks but won't start

My 2002 200 HPDI decided not to start today. It's been about a year since I pulled it out of the shed (it's been quite a year), and I did my standard test-crank prior to taking to the landing. This motor has always been an extremely easy start. However today, it just cranked, but not hint of popping off. Checked for fuel to separator, kill switch lanyard in place.

Just looking for a direction for where to start. If I were guessing, which I am trying not to do, I would say it's something electrical holding it out, since it doesn't even hint at starting. Where should I start?

my guess is no fuel pressure to the rail
easy to check for spark to plugs to rule that out

at key on do you hear the fuel pump run for 3-5 seconds?

Figured it out. Unclipped the kill switch and pulled it out by hand while cranking, and it fired right off. Thanks for the suggestions. An easy check I should have done first.

now check your alarm horn.
if the kill circuit is activated and the ECU gets a crank signal you should have gotten an audible alarm.
