Drain power trim fluid

I have a 98 P150TLRX VMAX and want to replace the trim & tilt fluid but have been unable to find a drain plug or a manual that shows me how. There is a allen screw above the anode on the bottom of the bracket. Is this the drain?

there is no drain.
it is a sealed system.
only time it is drained is for repair.

If you have contaminated fluid,
take it apart and fix the leak
remove all of the fluid while apart and fill with fresh as you put it back together
