2013 F200XB TRIM Problems

My F200XB has an intermittent problem with the trim sticking in position or not working. The trim hydraulic motor is running but no up or down action. Regardless of whether the boat is planed out or stopped. Oil reservoir is full. Any suggestions?
I drained the system, pulled the assembly and did a complete purge and clean. Refilled the system and it works like new

To clarify, will the T&T electric MOTOR always go forward and back (powered up) BUT no movement tilting the engine?

If so, sounds like low fluid. Have you or anyone else recently done work to it?


Fluid should be checked with the engine tilted up fully, sitting on the mechanical arm (all rams extended). Make sure the bleeder valve is tight as well...
