Which Exhaust Valve

I am rebuilding a 2006 F150TXR I would like to purchase some new exhaust valves but in the parts "book" it lists two part numbers 63P-12121-00-00 and 63J-12121-00-00 This first one is $40 cheaper than the second. Which one is correct?

Parts book is hosed.

63P is the prefix for an F150. 69J is the prefix for a 3.3 liter F200/F225/F250.

There is no 63J-12121-00-00 part number.
