I've got a 2002 115 hp fuel injected outboard and it has become really cold blooded in the mornings unless I really warm it up. If I take off too soon the motors rpm's surge and then flatten out. After a couple minutes on the go she runs like a clock and will do so for the rest of the day even if it sits for a bunch of hours. But if she sits overnight she will do it again. I thought maybe it was losing prime so I tried pumping the bulb in the mornings but that doesn't work If it wasn't fuel injected I would think it was the choke not closing when it cooled off a lot. Any ideas what to look for? Thanks
