Indicator -oil pressure

2005 F150 TXRD - Maybe once a year the oil pressure indicator will blink on tach. No alarm, no code. Turn engine off. Restart, no indicator. Wonder how this one is triggered/con*****ed?

if it is outside of the mapped pressure in ecu, low or too high for the conditions the motor is at, would be my thoughts
