won't run over idle speed

have a 2005 225 vmax, it will start up and run at idle speed but if I give it some gas it dies. I pulled the plugs(which were new) and they were wet and greasy. trying to figure out if its just running to rich or if there are bigger problems.

that is a 3.3L HPDI.
what is the HP pump pressure AND the VST output pressure at the failure RPM and load ???

I'm guessing I read the vst pressure from the air nozzle on the right side,not sure how to read hp pressure.

lap top with proper software would be the best for HP, but Rod has said in the past you can read voltage and convert to pressure
