Starter switch relay on Yamaha 1998 25ELH does not start when humid. When I put in the sun, it is ok. What part should be changed, if any?

Before becoming just a parts changer, as Yam99 says, verify that the relay is defective or not. Otherwise you may wind up with an expensive but unneeded spare part.
The relay itself may be failing or maybe there is a problem with electrical power
Getting to and through the relay and on to ground.
The relay gets electrical power (to close the relay) from the key switch. The key switch gets its electrical power from the motor. The motor gets its electrical power from the battery. There are connections and wires along the way. It will be your job to trouble shoot the system to find out where the problem is.
Also, don't forget to check all grounds.

And it is not a starter switch relay. If anything it might be called a starter motor relay, when it is used to control a starter motor.
Correct names matter so that we can all better understand the situation.
