Yamaha 2003 225 HPDI (intermitten spark signal

Hello Guys Need some help.
Yamaha 225 HPDI run rough at idle. Last week I check signal on spark plugs with software all fire static test but I start motor on a tank check signal with induction gun light 4 cylinders work on neutral and the 6 on forward but after some minutes check signal on cylinder 5 on neutral not signal then intermittent on forward intermittent on cylinder 3.
I shut off and check again after 20 minutes signal in all the cylinders.

Any clue is apreciatted

My first basic thought, forgive me if you had this before...
Did you pull, check spark plugs for fouling and/or replaced them?

I change 3 spark plugs I will change Other 3 today

HPDI do not fire all cylinders while in neutral

In neutral only 1, 4,5 and 6. On gear all it spark acording manual But eventually timing light star to work inconsistent not steady motor dont go over 5000 Rpms and it can acelerate on neutral and Must not acelerate over 2000 rpms
