Problem is the starboard side sputters at 3900 rpms and sometimes you can mess with the throttle and get past that rpm and get them up to 5600. They both were running excellent for about 8 months. I have had every service item replaced along with coils. tanks have been flushed etc.... master technician tells me that it is a electrical issue because he has swapped over every item possible from the port side motor and the starboard still does the same thing. He has done 4 downloads and sent them to Yamaha. Apparently they don't have an answer. Is this even possible or am I being given incorrect information? Please someone tell me there is a common issue with these motors that could cause this. So frustrated.......

First off, I am not familiar w/HPDI Motors.
Anyway, here's a thought. Could you have high pressure fuel issues. Look at this link.
