115 shut down problem

OK. Time for one more test and corrective action if needed. See diagram below.

I am finding it difficult to understand that both sides of the ten pin connector (engine side and boat side) both do not have connectivity.

Pic has been removed. It was up long enough for anyone needing it to do their trouble shooting.

I saw the pic with the plug ends and tested it like you said. with no continuity, what other things can I do fix this problem. the longer I run the motor the longer it take to cut off.
