Attached is what I bought from Home Depot. Now, you have to be sure the size fits properly on what ever hose you connect. I found the right size to be just larger than "snug" on the hose. I changed my high pressure
fuel lines from VST to fuel rail, reconnected my tank fuel line to water separator/filter to primer bulb to engine. I feel so confident that I will not have a connection leak, and now that I don't have any worm screw clamps, strip or rust.
Now that I think about it (DUH!!!), I did not do the fuel line at the tank. Another item to add to my list.
Other than what you mention about the fitting at 90 degrees, I don't have anything to add.
