I just tested a refurbished set Thursday.
all tested about 28 MEGA ohms pin to body and about 1.2 OHMS pin to pin.

ya gotta pay attention to that little M,,K and the decimal points.

sometimes my meter may display .oo6.
however in the lower right hand part of the screen it will display a K or an M.

makes a huge difference.
