1988 Yamaha 85hp Outboard 3 Cylinder.
I'm trying to help guide my friend in the right direction to where he should start digging into this issue. The engine runs fine at idle and below 2,500 RPM on light throttle. Anything more and it starts to buck violently until smoothing out when set back to idle. All 3 wires have spark, however it could be running on 2 cylinders. It did not seem to change disconnecting one of the cylinders. I don't have easy access to the boat otherwise I would check it again. The fuel pump was replaced a year ago. The fuel is less than a week old. Does this sound like a fuel delivery related issue?
Here is a video of the boat running.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
