twin yam 225's help needed!

One engine works perfectly. The other completetely conked out. Will not start. Can not trim up or down. Clicking noise and beeps. Thats it. Ideas??

If battery's are ok then check the fuse on engine.

grounding wire was out. only reason he found it was it was raining and saw a spark. "never seen this before on a 4 stroke"
