Water in holding tank

Rodbolt with only one piston/cylinder being affected like this would you rule out water in the oil tank?

kind of looks like lean on one cylinder, but I know little about this stuff

as the oiling system injects oil at 6 points in the intake,1 for each cyl, I would not think it is a water issue.

Thx for the replies, also why would that injector for that cylinder on the fuel rail would be carbon up and not the others?

Just a couple of thoughts, could have one or both of the rings on this piston been installed upside down (If tapered, and even possible with the locating pins). Could have the oil lines been routed improperly?
Rodbolt, could either of these situations (both technician error) be a possibility in Hard-Time's situation?
