Cant find parts diagram for 704 Standard binnacle

I need a screw that holds the black part on the handle down, but I can not find a parts diagram. May possibly need the top black piece as well, because I think where it screws into might be stripped.

I believe it is the 704 standard 6x3 flush mount control.

1 question though. How do you remove the plunger? I pulled on it last night and it moves but it doesnt come out. It is the first thing you see when you remove the cover from the side of the binnacle.
