Top of the block. Just forward of the cylinder head. Should be a rubber tube running to the outlet of the thermostat cover.

    Item 20 in this illustration.

Hi boscoe thank you very much for your pronto answer. Now I have 2 mor question,
-Looking at the illustration and now at the engine I see that I have 2 thermostat? If yes, I need to buy another one.
-if the thermostat cover is the one that has rubber tube, that part has only 2 screws horizontally and the gasket I bout (63P-12414-00) has 3 screws.
      - Next to the cap mentioned above there are another cap on the engine with 3 screws vertically similar to the gasket I bought, but this one has not rubber tube. I was wandering if this one with the 3 vertical screws is the thermostat cap.
      Thank you

63P-12414-00-00 is used on an F150. Not an F250.

The F150 uses one thermostat. The F250 uses two thermostats.

The parts catalog does not show the F250 as using a gasket. It appears that the housing is sealed to the block via a rubber seal that fits onto a flange on the thermostat.
