Alternator or not?

I have a 1995 25hp two stroke oil injected. Does anyone know if it has an alternator or something that charges the battery while running?

Also the stator is to maintain state of charge only, if electric start..its not a battery charger.. some models outside of the USA can also have a output for running light/s...here the USGC dosnt like that
