I have a C60TLRX. At the bottom of the cowling, there is a rubber plug. I want to add a tilt switch on the motor. Does the tilt switch get installed where the rubber plug is? If so, would anyone know what the part number is? I checked all web and can't that switch on any of the diagrams.

The C60 did not come with a motor mounted external trim switch. The 60 did. See the hole in the bottom cowl in this illustration for a 60TLRZ model. About the middle of the cowl on the left hand side.

Also shown for the 60TLRZ model is the trim and tilt switch. Item 39 in this illustration:

There is no reason that I can see from this distance why you cannot drill a hole in your cowl to mount the trim and tilt switch. It looks like the gasket holds the switch in place.
Now you will have to modify the switch so that it can get 12 volt power from a source (to the red lead on the switch) and so that the blue lead and the green lead can provide that power to the relay. The 60TLRZ harness does this. Your C60TLRX harness does not have a provision to provide power to or to take power from the relay.
