I need to replace my control cables the yamaha part number is ABA-CABLE-10-GY can some tell me if teleflex has a cable i can use in place of this one and the part number it is a 10ft cable and need both of them

Yamaha cables are made by Teleflex. Branded as Yamaha for Yamaha.

Of course Teleflex makes a cable that you can use in place of the Yamaha branded cable.

The 10 denotes a 10 foot cable. Just buy a Teleflex branded cable for a Yamaha that is 10 feet long.

So the teleflex 3300 is the same as ABA-CABLE-10-GY

Can any confirm this for me that ADA10GY is the same as TELEFLEX 3300

More than likely only Teleflex will be able to confirm that the Yamaha branded ABA-CABLE-XX-GY type cable made by Teleflex is the same as a Teleflex 3300 cable.

I would suspect that the Yamaha cable offered today (Premier II MAR-CABLE-XX-SC) is more or less the equivalent of the Teleflex Xtreme cable.

Same may be true of the lower quality Yamaha/Teleflex 3300 cables.

But you need to hear this from Teleflex. If they are talking.

One more question is the Throttle and Shift Cable the same cable i was looking at the ones on the boat and one is a little bigger around than the other one
