F150 Stalls when put in gear

like I said, I had to come up with that procedure back in the summer of 07 when my then new F150 stalled at small throttle ups when maneuvering and that annoying stall alarm sounded and alerted everyone nearby that my motor stalled. it took some years before Yamaha came out with that bulliten. and yes some single throttle body 8.1L motors did get the airvalve drilled,some got the air valve adjusted to correct idle issues.

Sounds like it loosened some crap up.

Give it a couple of good runs and dissolve all the carp you loosened up..

Was the motor submerged? How did all of those carp get into the engine?

But wouldn't it be easier to simply crack the throttle valves open using on screw driver instead of drilling four throttle valves and then having to clean up the motor to ensure no swarf or swill got ingesting into the intake?

Taking two aspirin (not Aspirin-incorrect spelling and shouldn't be capitalized ) works better "than bringing" as well.

Aspirin was a brand name at one time and was supposed to be capitalized Not sure of the legal jargon but it was overused and the brand died. Just like SPAM is now spam. Hormel fights to this day. They are very proud of SPAM. If you work for Hormel they will insist you call it SPAM luncheon meat. There is your worthless tidbit for the day.
