Removing Restrictor Plate?

It looks too good/easy to be true...look forward to some thoughts on this from some experts on here...

put it on a dyno an see what it is putting out now,
change the plate and then put it back on the dyno to see if you get extra measured HP and report back to us.

Motor needs more air and fuel to make the extra HP,
and also needs to allow it back out the exhaust
if removing the plate will cause that then may be it is
