2012 yamaha F150 water pressure gauge?

I'd be very interested in hearing your experience with the gauge - at what point does the water pressure drop? Do you get the motor as high as you wold like before the drop? It would seem to me that you would hear prop slap from the top of the prop breaking water before you experience a pressure drop - yes?

That's exactly what I thought would happen, and which is why I questioned why you wanted the pressure gauge in the first place but your answer implied you wanted to monitor the pressure while lifting with the jack plate.
