Max RPM 1992 pro v 200

I picked up a boat with a 1992 PRO V 200 Yamaha on it. I want to verify what the max RPM is.
Is there a place I can look this up online?

5500....... I guess I have some work to do since I am at 6000-6100.

Make sure you test it with a normal load.

running with a light load may then give you more RPM, but you can watch the RPM and limit it with the throttle.

You do not want to be lugging the motor when you load the boat the way you will normally load it

I put on my other prop today and still turned 5900 with just me in the boat. Wait for more load is a good idea but I do end up out with just me often for a ride.

3 blade 17" 6100rpm. 53 mph
4 blade 23" 5900rpm. 58 mph

Any recommendations?
