Dust seal on trim rod (Yamaha F80)

Hi,
I notice that dust seal on my trim rod is damaged... (13 years old engine)
It's time to change it? Or can I leave it as it is?


I must change the "number 9"


I need only the proceure to dismountle the trim without any risk to damage something or harmfull me)..

find a dealership with the CORRECT tools.\

that unit is not the one for a backyardigan with a hammer and punch and 0 training.

to access that seal requires disassembly of every reference,except the 50-60 or so, in that diagram.
also requires a few special tools.
may also require a tad o training in basic hydraulic systems.
